Temario completo de este curso

By definition, Reflexology is an holistic therapy, which is to say it is possible to treat a person in body, mind and spirit. Reflexology is a natural, healing touch therapy based on the principle that there exist ten zones of energy which run from the top of the head to the soles of the feet and to the palms of the hands and that, within these zones, there are reflexes to all parts and organs of the body. By using a technique of intermittent pressure with the finger and thumb, there is the possibility of reducing stress, tension and other disorders and illnesses, improving the circulation of the blood and the elimination of toxins, bringing the body into a natural state of balance and harmony in all its parts. By eliminating the causes and symptoms of disease and pain, Reflexology renews vigour and vitality in the body. As a preventative therapy, it is possible to bring a calming action to the body, reducing stress and tension, increasing the blood supply to all cells without putting the heart under any increased pressure. It is possible to detect problems before they become serious health disorders. This therapy is not a “cure-all”, nor is it diagnostic. It can only be said that, by bringing about a deep state of relaxation, the body is free of stress and is able to function more naturally. Syllabus:
